What type of events are your letters used for?
Any & every event looks better in lights! Our letters are popular for birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, business events, proposals, graduations, anniversaries, baby showers, school events, church events, and any other special moments!
What letters are available?
You can spell out nearly any word as we have a full range of letters from A-Z, numbers 0-9 and special characters such as hashtag (#), plus (+), ampersand (&), question mark (?) and a heart!
What size are they?
A- Z and our characters are 3 feet tall. Our numbers are 4 feet tall.
Can they be used outdoors?
Our letters are super durable and can be used both indoor and outdoor (weather permitting).
Are your letters stackable?
Yes, in most cases letters can be stacked. This is a very custom feature we offer & is unique to every event. If you want info on us stacking your setup, please include that in the notes of your quote request so we can discuss details with you.
Can balloons be attached to letters?
Yes, we love partnering with balloon companies and having balloons attached to our letters. However, we do have a few guidelines. We allow regular 3mm command hooks and fishing line only. All other tapes, patches, etc. have a history of messing up the integrity of our letters and make it nearly impossible for us to repair to their original state. Fishing line can be tied around the letters/numbers but cnanot be tied around the light bulb or socket. If you have any specific questions about this, please ask.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We know that your big moments are important to you and our goal is to make your event as stress-free as possible. We offer delivery, setup of letters & pick up after the event. Please include your location in your quote request (be as specific as possible) and we can discuss our delivery fee to that location. Please note - our delivery/setup/pick up fee is based on us making 4 trips from our warehouse location in Glenpool, OK to your event location.
Can I pick up and return the letters myself?
This can be an option if you’re renting 3 or less characters and will be able to pick up and return the same day. Please include this info in your quote request so we can discuss details.
How does payment work?
Upon booking, you will have the option to pay in full or pay a non-refundable $100 deposit to lock down your rental. If you choose to pay the deposit, the remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event. If your event is cancelled, your non-refundable deposit may be used towards a future rental with us.

Our letters are custom-made just for Brightly and are unique to this area. They are free-standing, stand straight, having beautiful white lights to match the white letters, high quality, and are aesthetically appealing.
Our 3D marquee letters are made from 1/2” wood and have a solid white opaque LED bulb. These bulbs are just as white as the letter itself. They use very little energy, do not break, do not get hot to the touch and do not burn out. Letters are free standing & stackable. The backs are fully enclosed so there are no exposed wires. They are lightweight and easily moved, yet extremely durable.
